Shipping and Tracking Your Swarovski Order
Depending on the value of your order and shipping destination, you may select UPS or FED Ex for your method of shipping.
Our delivery requirements are based on the value of your order:
Domestic Shipping Guidelines (shipping within continental USA):
- Orders < $700 are eligible for FedEx Air Service.
- Orders < $1000 are eligible for UPS Ground Service.
- Orders $1000+ will be delivered within 2 business days of shipping date.
(This may be using a 2-day service or Ground Service, depending on your location).
International Shipping Guidelines:
- Canadian Orders < $500 are eligible for UPS Ground Service.
- Orders $500+ must use an Air Service.
- Orders < $2500 are eligible for FedEx Service.
International Orders - Reminder about Customs:
- Customs, duties, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are additional and must be paid by the buyer. We cannot quote or estimate these fees.
- We do not undervalue merchandise for the buyer to evade customs due.
- If a recipient refuses to pay the customs, all fees associated from the cost of the return will be deducted from any refund that may be due. Refusal to pay customs results in a cancelled order, hence the deposit is non-refundable.
